Within Egypt, we partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
For selected areas in Cairo and Giza, same-day or next-day delivery may be available, depending on your location and the time your order is placed.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times within Egypt:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once launched, shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be displayed where available or remain the responsibility of the recipient, depending on the destination country's regulations.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Egypt.
Important Delivery Information
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note the following:
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.
If a delivery cannot be completed, our courier partner will make additional delivery attempts in accordance with their delivery policy.
