Refund policy

At Niche, every piece is produced in limited quantities and carefully inspected before leaving our studio. As fine porcelain is delicate by nature, each order is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We encourage you to review the product images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. While we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping box.

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or a manufacturing defect, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, protective materials, inserts, and wrapping must be included.
  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging or are inadequately packed may not be eligible for a refund, as they are at risk of being damaged during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Handcrafted Characteristics

Our porcelain pieces are decorated and finished by hand before being kiln-fired. As a result, slight variations in color, brushwork, decal placement, or tiny surface characteristics may naturally occur from one piece to another. These subtle differences are not considered defects but are part of the craftsmanship that makes every Niche piece unique.

Very light surface marks or micro-scratches may occasionally appear during the production process and are considered normal for premium porcelain. They do not affect the beauty, durability, or performance of the product.

Limited Editions

Many of our collections are produced in small quantities and are not reproduced once sold out. Because of their limited nature, replacement items may not always be available. In such cases, we will offer the most suitable resolution, including a refund or store credit.

All limited editions, or Collector's Edition are non refundable, non exchangeable.

Glassware

Due to the fragile nature of glass, all glassware sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged.
